An explosion, has killed one person in Wayne County in the Northeast part of Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police say that the call came from a neighbor that said a Manchester Township home had exploded and was completely engulfed in flames.
After fire crews extinguished the blaze, they found the body of a deceased 62-year-old man.
The man that that was found, was identified was 62-year-old Michael R. Osborne, of Neptune, New Jersey.
